Coastal Path Relay

The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is 186 miles long. How quick can you and your friends run it in a relay? The current record is 33 hours 54 minutes.

Starting at either Amroth or St Dogmaels, you must run its entire length as a team, passing a baton on to the next runners.

Challenge Description:

The path is split into sections, listed below. This sequence can obviously be reversed to finish in St Dogmaels.

It is useful to have a designated driver to take the runners to the start or finish of each section.
